Founded in 2001 by Steven Gardener, Interval Services has consolidated its position as a major player in the very specific field of legal protection for timeshare buyers in the United States and Canada.

From this moment Interval Services was born…and became the reference for the owners of the Intervalle International exchange.


2010, a network of more than 100 employees is in place following a unique procedure in the field of legal attack on Time-sharing contracts.


In 2018 we decided to establish ourselves in the European territory by developing a partner network across England (first continental market) and the French-speaking regions (second market, and in no way concerned by compensation request strategies in the field of timeshare)


We have obtained a series of significant victories with certain large complexes present in Spain in particular. Indeed, most of the head offices of several major Time-sharing players are based in the United States...our efforts and our prior victories over the last 20 years on our domestic market have given us a head start over our European competitors...


2022, following our usual strategy, we are starting a procedure against a large Spanish group based in Barcelona.
